RFQ Distribution - Important Notice - The County of Rockland has distributed the RFQ documents from the Bonfire Portal.

The Rockland County Department of Social Services (DSS) is accepting applications from
individuals or organizations interested in providing the role of a Qualified Individual (QI) for the Rockland County Department of Social Services for the term of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.  The Qualified Individual (QI) is responsible for conducting assessments of youth in foster care in accordance with the federal Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) and corresponding New York State standards.  The assessments will determine if the child’s needs can be met with family members, in a foster family home, and/or if the child’s needs meet the criteria for a Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) level of care. 

RFQ documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bidding documents from either the Purchasing Division Office or the Bonfire Portal are guaranteed to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. NOTE:  Any addenda issued, will not be accessible on the Empire State Purchasing Group but accessible on the Bonfire Portal.
