RFQ-RC-2024-067 - Refrigerator and Freezer- Pharmaceutical Undercounter

The Rockland County Department of Health needs supplier(s) to furnish and deliver one refrigerator and one freezer.  Two acceptable product numbers are specified. The county will only be purchasing one refrigerator and one freezer.  NO other alternates will be accepted.  Delivery will be to Loading Dock. no inside delivery or set up required,   NO liftgate required, Price must be FOB destination prepaid and allowed. This purchase is Federal Grant funded. Disclosure statements (attached)  must be completed and notarized prior to an award .  This is not required if this form is already on file with the County within the last year.  Certficate of Liabilty Insurance with County listed as additionally insured must be provided prior to award ( see sample certificate). , MUST BE BRAND NEW. MUST NOT BE REFURBISHED.
