The County of Rockland intends to issue a Sole Source award to Competitive Solutions, Inc. for their Annual PeerRX Premium Subscription. This technology application is used to find peer support for people with substance use and mental health profiles using an embedded search algorithm developed by Competitive Solutions, Inc.

Competitive Solutions Inc., One Year Premium Subscription is $229/mo. x 6 sites = $1,374.00 x 12 months = $16,488.00.

This purchase will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with the Rockland County Procurement Policy and was recommended for use for Rockland County as part of the NYS Conference of Local Mental Hygiene Directors, Inc.; an Affiliate of the NYS Association of Counties.
