  1. SCOPE OF WORK     
 
    1. The Rockland County Sewer District No 1. (RCSD) has an immediate need to replace an end of life substation transformer.  This solicitation is seeking a qualified supplier to furnish and deliver one (1) new, 3 Phase 1500 kVA Substation Transformer to the (RCSD) located at 4 Route 340, Orangeburg, NY 10962.  Transformer shall be installed by others.  Transformer Manufacturer to be Maddox or approved equal.
