The Rockland County Office for the Aging has a current need for Walkers, Wheelchairs, Braces, and Home Health care supplies as specified. Brand name only. No alternates will be accepted. Prices must be FOB destination prepaid and included. Delivery must be within 10 business days, unless an alternate date is provided. Deliver Time must be included in the comments section for each line. Delivery point does not have a loading dock. Liftgate Required. Department must be notified 24 hours in advance of delivery if trucking company is used. Contact information will be provided with purchase order. Bidder must be authorized distributor for products speciifed. All products must be brand new and in original Boxes, unopened. Quntities listed are currently need. This is a one time purchase.
