Description of Work: This project is for the construction of a walking path around the outer perimeter of the Cropsey Farm property. The walking path is distanced from adjoining residential properties, populated with trees, plantings and shrubbery to create a natural environment and ADA accessibility. This is a Wick’s Law Project. If awarded, this contract will be fully or partially funded with Federal Assistance provided to the County of Rockland by the US Department of Treasury under the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA Funds”), Section 602(b) and 603(b) of the Social Security Act, Pub. L. No. 117-2 (March 11, 2021) and is subject to certain requirements including 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Applicable Federal requirements take precedence over State and local requirements unless State and local requirements are deemed to be more stringent.
