Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland is soliciting proposals on behalf of the Committee of the Rockland County Workers' Compensation Plan (the "Committee") from qualified firms with the intent of engaging a firm to provide third-party claims administration and loss control services for its self-funded workers' compensation and NYSGML 207c program. The Rockland County Workers' Compensation Plan represents the following municipalities: County of Rockland (County of Rockland, Rockland Community College, Rockland County Sewer District No.1, collectively as the County of Rockland.) Town of Haverstraw Village of Hillburn Village of Haverstraw Village of Sloatsburg Village of West Haverstraw The Third Party Administrator hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor” shall be assigned claims by the County of Rockland. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to provide, at a minimum, the services as described in the specifications. Please download complete specifications.
