Description

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals for the creation of a Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Service (MHOTRS) for children as outlined by Part 599 of Title 14 of the NYCRR. MHOTRS person/family-centered, recovery-oriented, and individualized approach to care. This program will be initially funded via a $730,000 ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) grant and must be designed to become fiscally sustainable before the grant funds are expended or grant expires (12/31/2026).
