Description

The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase, FOB source, of Commercial Recycled Asphalt Product, RAP, for pick up as needed by Ulster County Department of Public Works and the various Political Subdivisions in the County of Ulster. This item shall consist of a High Friction Limestone processed through an asphalt plant and/or milled from existing roadways and then through a screen plant to have a gradation of ½” Minus with an asphalt content of 4%. Ulster County anticipates picking up 6,000 to 8,000 tons during the 2019 season.
