Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for the provision of electronic monitoring tools that will give the County the capability to monitor and operate a successful electronic monitoring program. The technology and services proposed shall include: traditional radio frequency field monitoring equipment (landline, cable and cellular), Remote alcohol testing, GPS monitoring, software, technical support, maintenance, and service. This service will allow the County the ability to enhance its comprehensive electronic supervision of participants.
