RFP-UC23-047 - HEARING OFFICER FOR VIOLATIONS ENFORCEMENT

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for “Outside Hearing Officers” or Arbitrators to hold Administrative Hearings pertaining to all aspects of various Health Department programs overseen by the Ulster County Department of Health. Ulster County intends for this Request for Proposal to result in a Qualified Suppliers List for the selection of one or more providers for the services described in the Statement of Objectives Section. This RFP is designed to provide interested offerors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.
