Description

The purpose of this RFP is to secure the services of a qualified firm to provide Inspection Services to inspect and evaluate large culvert structures located on Ulster County maintained roads throughout Ulster County. Ulster County’s current inventory lists 152 large culverts. The list of the culverts including the structure type, span and location is attached in Appendix A.

The inspections will include field measurements, photos and ratings. The inspections shall be summarized in an inspection report for each culvert. Project deliverables include a hard copy and electronic copy of the final inspection reports.
