RFP-UC22-036 - SPACE NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Ulster County (“County”) seeks proposals for a Space Needs Assessment for Ulster County, New York.  The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit a consultant to conduct a space needs assessment that evaluates the efficiency of our existing spaces, determines potential needs and also analyzes space optimization.   The consultant must have experience in space planning and utilization, as well as large facility management, to perform a forward looking 20-year planning strategy to move county departments into county owned properties.   It shall be the consultant’s responsibility to become familiar with the goals of the Ulster County Green New Deal.
