Description

The purpose of this quote is to establish a fee for the services of two (2) Tai Chi instructors for arthritis and fall prevention for the Ulster County Office for the Aging. One instructor will serve northern and western Ulster County, and the other will serve southern and eastern Ulster County. The offerors should be certified to provide Tai Chi instruction and coordination for the benefit of County residents ages 60 and older. The offerors shall track and report data per the New York State Office for the Aging (NYSOFA) regulations.
