Description

The purpose of this RFP is to seek a qualified real estate title search company to provide Title Search Services in connection with the In Rem Tax Foreclosure Proceedings for Ulster County.

Ulster County requires a minimum 25 Searches per week, but vendor may be required to complete 100 or more searches per week with an estimate of 500 - 2,000 Searches required per year. Vendor shall have staffing and capabilities to complete and return no less than 25 Searches per week.

The quantities are indefinite, but estimates given in the specifications reflect anticipated requirements. The contract, however, shall be for Searches actually required during the contract period.
