RFB-UC22-144C - ULSTER COUNTY JAIL DEMOLITION

Ulster County is embarking on a comprehensive redevelopment of the Old Jail Site located in Kingston, NY. Currently, the site includes a number of existing improvements that need to be demolished prior to redevelopment, including the former Ulster County Jail Building, an administrative building and a garage.  The Jail Building is vacant, and the other structures will be vacated prior to commencement of work.  The jail building is a three-story concrete structure with associated sub-grade footings but no basement.  The administrative building is a one-story concrete structure, and the garage is a one-story metal building. This Bid is to determine pricing to demolish the three existing structures including removal of all foundations and underground utilities.
