Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess Community College (DCC) is requesting proposals for the development of a Campus Master Plan. The DCC Campus consists of a Main Campus on approximately 190 acres located on three parcels of land in the towns of Poughkeepsie and Hyde Park, New York and two extension sites.While all sites must be accounted for in the master planning effort, the primary focus of this plan will be the Main Campus site. The Master Plan for the Campus must address in a comprehensive manner both short and long range goals of the College.
