RFB-DCC-07-12-12 - Backflow Preventers Service/Maintenance Contract

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of Dutchess Community College (DCC) to solicit bids for a service /maintenance contract to perform annual maintenance on the Backflow Preventers as outlined in this document. Attachment I to this solicitation is the list of Backflow Preventers located on the DCC Campus. This list should be used for pricing; however, each Contractor shall have the opportunity to review the DCC Campus in order to ensure all Backflow Preventers are priced in this solicitation. You may contact Tony Corrado at (845) 431-8656 to schedule a walk through. Bidders are encouraged to visit the work sites and fully acquaint themselves with the conditions and requirements of this contract. Site visits must be completed by end of business on Friday August 17, 2012. No allowance will be made for lack of knowledge of all conditions.
