Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish all labor and material as required to remove the existing lobby Fritz tile and prepare subfloor to receive new vinyl flooring. Remove existing vinyl tile flooring and base in stairwells and replace with new. Furnish and install new carpet, vinyl base, reducing strips in Bowne Hall’s North and South wings. All work is to be completed as indicated on plans and specifications.
