Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids are requested for the plowing and removal of snow from the campus of Dutchess Community College for the 2012-2013 Winter Season. The bid shall be for a three (3) year period, with the option to renew for an additional two (2) one year periods. The College reserves the right to award to multiple contractors as it deems necessary to provide sufficient snow removal coverage. Pricing each year of the contract will be subject to a CPI adjustment.
