ITB-SrRehab-01-16 - Single Family Septic Repair and Concrete Step Repair

Summary of Specifications:
Existing septic system is approximately 15 years old. Effluent breakout is evident at ground surface over reported location of Drain Field (reported by homeowner to be compromised of two tanks; size and configuration unknown). Scope of work shall include but not be limited to, pumping of existing septic tank and verification that all components are operating properly and uncovering existing drain field and determining cause of failure. 

Existing front steps and landing have settled and dropped. Existing assembly to be removed and replaced with new concrete/masonry landing and steps including footing and foundation. New construction shall be of similar quality materials as existing i.e., cultured stone at stringer side and risers, one piece treads.
