FACILITY SITE VISITS
The fourteen (14) facilities are located in the areas of Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Pawling, Beekman, and Pleasant Valley, NY as detailed in the attached Exhibit A - Scope of Service. Each site will be serviced a total of twenty-three (23) times each during the contract term.
A Mandatory Site visit is needed for three locations that are more complicated in nature so that bidders can accurately quote for those systems. All Bidders desiring to respond to this solicitation must attend either of the two sessions scheduled below and must RSVP which date you choose to attend by calling our main office at 845-486-3601. Failure to attend one of these site visits and sign the attendance roster will be basis to return any bid to a bidder not documented in attendance. Potential bidders must provide their own transportation to these sites.
