Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (hereinafter referred to as “Authority”) will accept bids for the 2025 Generator Maintenance and Service in accordance with the specification and requirements contained in this request.
BID TIME
Bids shall be received at the office of the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority until 1:00 P.M. (local time) on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at the 1 Lagrange Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603 address and at that time opened and read aloud. Bids will be reviewed, and the Contract will be awarded within sixty (60) days of receipt of bids.

Any questions/clarifications can be e-mailed in writing to Carol Falcone, Contract Specialist, cfalcone@dutchessny.gov. No phone calls please. Deadline for questions is: Thursday, September 5, 2024. Responses will be issued via Addendum and uploaded to Bidnet and Contract Reporter by Friday, September 6, 2024 . It is the responsibility of the bidder to locate and read any Addendums issued.
FACILITY SITE VISITS
Facility visits may be scheduled by interested bidders by calling Rich Winchester, Director of Operations, at 845-486-3626.
BID SUBMISSION
Bids must be submitted on the Authority Bid Form. A Certificate of Non-Collusion also must be submitted. There is a secure drop box located at the backdoor entrance within the back parking lot that bids can be inserted in person or if by mail can be sent to the below address. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:
