Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority will accept bids for the 2025 HVAC Maintenance and Service Agreement for five (5) of their facilities located in Dutchess County in accordance with the specification and requirements contained in this request.
FACILITY SITE VISITS
Facilities are located in the areas of Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Holmes, and Hopewell Junction, NY.
A Mandatory Site visit is needed for the Shore Haven location only as it is more complicated in nature so that bidders can accurately quote for that system.

All Bidders desiring to respond to this solicitation must attend and sign the attendance roster. Failure to attend this mandatory site visit and sign the attendance roster will be basis to return any bid to a bidder not documented in attendance. Potential bidders must provide their own transportation to this site.

Bid for 2025 HVAC Maintenance and Service
A Certificate of Non-Collusion must be submitted. Bids must be submitted on the Authority Bid Form. The successful bidder shall execute a contract prepared by the Authority. The Authority Board reserves the right to reject all bids and advertise anew, if, in the judgement of the Board, it shall be in the best interest of the Authority to do so.
All work is subject to “Prevailing Wage” requirements of the New York State Department of Labor and requires submission of Certified Payroll. Work covered by the Scope of Services shall include all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, and any other expense necessary to perform any and all HVAC maintenance and service. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to make sure they understand all aspects of the Scope of Services and bid documents before placing their bid.
