The project includes the replacement of the existing centralized control system, instrumentation, variable frequency drives, speed drives and controllers, and motor operated valves. Work will occur at multiple buildings at the Water Treatment Plant location and the Raw Water Pump Station. The North and South Storage Tanks, the Zone C Re-chlorination & Metering Station and the Zone D Booster Pump Station interact with the centralized control system and must remain integrated into the centralized control system. Work specific to the mechanical contract includes replacement of motor operated valves.
