The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority has announced for sale of the following Real Property: Old Hyde Park Water Treatment Plant, 16 Church Street, Hyde Park, NY 12538, Tax Parcel Identity No. 133200-6065-04-933266. The property consists of 1.43 acres divided into two sections by East Market Street. The northern section is bounded by Crum Elbow Creek. Structures on the property consist of a single story, two vehicle masonry garage; steel settling/clarifier tank; masonry/timber water treatment building with internal tanks and piping; and a partial ruin of a single vehicle garage. The site has access to public water supply. The southern section is elevated and wooded with ruins of water tank foundations.
