Summary of Specifications:
The East Ramapo Central School District is seeking the services of an Audiologist to provide services to students with disabilities.

EAST RAMAPO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RFP'S OPENED PRIOR TO THE RFP OPENING IF RFP NUMBER AND OPENING DATE DO NOT APPEAR ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE. RFP MUST BE RETURNED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE CLEARLY MARKED WITH RFP NUMBER, TITLE, DATE AND TIME OF RFP OPENING.

THE RESPONDING VENDOR ASSUMES ALL RISK OF DELAY IN THE MAIL OR IN THE HANDLING OF THE MAIL BY EMPLOYEES OF EAST RAMAPO CSD. THE RESPONDING VENDOR FURTHER ASSUMES THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HAVING HIS/HER RFP DEPOSITED WITH AN AUTHORIZED MEMBER OF THE PURCHASING OFFICE ON TIME, WHETHER SENT BY MAIL COURIER OR PERSONAL DELIVERY.
