Summary of Specifications:
The BOE of the ERCSD is requesting proposals from qualified firms of CPA's to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Firms interested in submitting a proposal must submit a "Notification of Interest" (see Appendix A)by 9:00 a.m. on December 16, 2010. Failure to submit this notification by the required deadline will automatically disqualify firms from submitting a proposal. EAST RAMAPO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RFP'S OPENED PRIOR TO THE RFP OPENING IF RFP NUMBER AND OPENING DATE DO NOT APPEAR ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE. RFP MUST BE RETURNED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE CLEARLY MARKED WITH RFP NUMBER, TITLE, DATE AND TIME OF RFP OPENING TO: MRS. LOUISE MARIN - PURCHASING AGENT ERCSD - 105 S. MADISON AVENUE, SPRING VALLEY, NY 10977 THE RESPONDENT ASSUMES ALL RISK OF DELAY IN THE MAIL OR IN THE HANDLING OF THE MAIL BY EMPLOYEES OF EAST RAMAPO CSD. THE RESPONDENT FURTHER ASSUMES THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HAVING HIS/HER RFP DEPOSITED WITH AN AUTHORIZED MEMBER OF THE PURCHASING OFFICE ON TIME, WHETHER SENT BY MAIL COURIER OR PERSONAL DELIVERY.
