Notice to Bidders
Notice is hereby given that the Town of East Fishkill will receive and publicly open and read sealed bids for:
Town of East Fishkill
Town Wide Paving for 2024
Contract ED2024.12
at the Town Clerk's Office (845-221-9191) located at Town Hall, 330 Route 376, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533, at:
12:00 pm (prevailing time), April 17, 2024
The Contract Documents may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office noted above on
March 26, 2024, during regular business hours.
Alternately, an electronic version (PDF format) of the Contract Documents will become available at NO COST on March 27, 2024. View and obtain the documents on BIDNETDIRECT.COM
A Bid Deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) is required for each contract. Checks should be made payable to the "Town of East Fishkill". This deposit will be returned to all bona fide Bidders.
Bids must be submitted in the form prescribed by the Contract Documents within a sealed envelope showing the Bidder's name and clearly marked:
“Town of East Fishkill
Town Wide Paving for 2024"
Contract ED2024.12
Each Bidder must furnish, with his Bid, Bid Security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. This security may be in the form of a certified check payable to the "Town of East Fishkill", a bid bond, or cash. In addition, each Bid must be accompanied by a properly executed non-collusion affidavit.
No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days of the bid opening.
This Contract is subject to the prevailing wage determination made by the New York State Department of Labor.
The Town of East Fishkill reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities therein, or to award the Contract to any Bidder if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town to do so.
