It is the intention of Erie 1 BOCES to receive a proposal for Electronic Document Signature products to be offered as a service by the Western New York Regional Information Center (WNYRIC), with offices at Erie 1 BOCES, for our regional school districts. This RFP will allow Erie 1 BOCES to negotiate a 3 year cross state contracts for the New York State Instructional Technology Contract Consortium BOCES members. Those members currently include Regional Information Centers: Broome-Tioga (BT BOCES), Mohawk (Madison-Oneida BOCES), Greater Southern Tier, Central New York (OCM BOCES), Northeastern (Capital Region BOCES), Monroe #1, EduTech (Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES), Mid Hudson (Ulster BOCES), Nassau, Western New York (Erie 1 BOCES), Eastern Suffolk, and Lower Hudson (Southern Westchester BOCES); or any of the following BOCES: Cayuga Onondaga, ONC, Questar III, Dutchess, Monroe #2, Oneida Herkimer Madison, St. Lawrence, Sullivan County, Washington Warren Essex Hamilton, CiTi, Orange Ulster, Delaware Chenango Madison Otsego, TST BOCES, Rockland, Putnam/Northern Westchester, Otsego Northern Catskills BOCES (ONC BOCES) and Western Suffolk which would incorporate all of the school districts under those BOCES. This does not pertain to the Big Five school districts in New York State.
