It is highly recommended that each bidder contacts the Head Custodian from each Career & Technical Center to schedule a walk-thru. Failure to do so will not relieve bidder of any stipulation of the contract.

MANDATORY PRE-CONTRACT MEETING: The apparent low bidder will be contacted by the Erie 1 BOCES Purchasing office and requested to attend a mandatory pre-contract meeting prior to the start of the contract date. This meeting will be held before October 7, 2020 in the Purchasing office. Failure to attend this mandatory pre-contract meeting may result in the cancellation of a bid award recommendation.
