Summary of Specifications:
The Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES is coordinating proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit the financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 for the following school districts: Bemus Point Central School District Falconer Central School District Fredonia Central School District Forestville Central School District Gowanda Central School District Pine Valley Central School District
The audit is to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America; the standards for financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States; and the provisions of the Amended Single Audit Act (1996) and U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133 (1997) as well as the following additional requirements:
There is no expressed or implied obligation for Bemus Point Central, Falconer Central, Fredonia Central, Forestville Central, Gowanda Central, Pine Valley Central or Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES, to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request.
