Summary of Specifications:
Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES is hereby requesting competitive proposals to conduct a Building Condition Survey. Bidders are requested to submit proposals for the four Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES Educational Centers.

Requirements and Conditions

1. The Term of Contract shall be negotiated with each participating agency.

2. The proposal and performance shall be in compliance with NYS Education Department Regulations 155.4(A) (1) Five-Year Building Condition Survey. 3. In order to be considered for this RFP, all participants must be either a Registered Architect or Professional Engineer licensed and in good standing.

4. All bidders must include a project scope that summarizes by major milestones and estimated timeline for completing the project. PLEASE SEE DOCUMENTS FOR MORE INFORMATION
