It is the intent of this specification to provide for the purchase of one (1) new Tack Coat Skid Mounted Distributor Assembly. The units supplied to this specification shall meet or exceed the following requirements. The apparatus will be capable of distributing diluted based tack coat for the use on roads between existing and new layers of asphalt. It will be capable of applying via spray bar off the rear of the apparatus, along with the capability of hand application.
