It is the intent of these specifications to describe a replacement gas fired Commercial Hot Water Heater equivalent to a PVI Industries MAXIM Model 40L 125A-MXS-1.

The unit bid shall conform to the existing piping or be easily modified to fit the same, and fit on the existing concrete base (44”x44”, working height 98”). The unit shall fit through the existing entrance size (34”x83”).
