Sealed bids for the EAST BRANCH OF THE AUSABLE RIVER RESTORATION PROJECT – PROJECTS 2 AND 3 at JAY, NEW YORK will be received by ESSEX COUNTY (the “Municipality”), 7551 COURT STREET, POB 217 ELIZABETHTOWN, NY 12932 until 2:00 PM local time, May 20, 2021 when they will be publicly opened and read. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid.
