It is the intent of these specifications to describe the replacement of a Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert in the Hamlet of Ray Brook in the Town of North Elba, County of Essex, State of New York.

The project shall include all labor and equipment necessary for the contractor to construct new a culvert, wingwalls, roadway and all appurtenances as necessary for a complete installation as indicated on the drawings, unless specifically noted as work to be performed by the owner.
