It is the purpose of this Bid to provide in-place reclamation/recycling of existing pavements, either with or without asphalt emulsion or other stabilizing liquid injection, on County Roads and Town Highways within Essex County, New York. The term of the contract will be from April 1, 2020, thru and included March 31, 2021, with the option to renew annually for up to an additional two (2) years by mutual agreement.
