Description

It is the purpose of this Bid to provide screened winter road sand, to be used as an abrasive for ice control on highways within Essex County and delivered to the stockpile location of the Department of Public Works or the Political Subdivisions. Prices are sought and Contracts will be executed based upon the following prices for delivery of Screened Winter Road Sand. It is anticipated that in the event a Contract is executed, the material requirements will probably not exceed five thousand (5,000) cubic yards for any single destination. A minimum order of 1,500 cubic yards can be expected from any single Political Subdivision in Essex County.
