It is the intent of Essex County to purchase one (1) Solid Waste Industrial Stationary Compactor, new and unused, and of manufacturer’s latest design and model in current production, to replace a S.P. Industries Model CP-6002 Solid Waste Compactor currently in use by Essex County. Should the bidder offer an alternative to a S.P. Industries Model SP-6002, the bidder shall certify that the unit bid shall be compatible with all equipment, without modification, currently in use by Essex County for transportation of solid waste.
