2024-12 - 68” Roll Cab Tool Boxes

This bid shall be for (4) 68 inch Roll Cab Tool boxes. The tool boxes must meet the following specifications.

Each box shall have a minimum width of 68 inches.
Each box shall be a minimum of 30 inches deep.
Each box shall be a minimum of 46 7/8 inches tall.
Each box shall have at least 45,500 cubic inches capacity
Each box shall be constructed out of 16 Gauge steel on all 4 sides and the false sides and drawer assemblies shall be 18 Gauge steel construction.
Each box shall have (4) 7 inch x 2 inch heavy duty casters.
Each box shall have a least an 8,000 pound weight capacity
All drawers on the tool boxes must have ball bearing slides that will support 227 pounds.
Each box shall have a single key to lock all drawers
Each tool box shall have a total of 9 Drawer with the following configuration.
Each box shall have 3 full width top drawer
The full width drawers shall measure a minimum of (1) 4 7/8” (1) 3 13/16” (1) 2 11/16” Deep each.
The (2) larger full width drawers must have double slides.
Each box shall have 2 banks of drawers under the 3 full width drawers. The wide side drawers shall measure a minimum of 38 inches wide and the narrow drawers shall measure a minimum of 19 inches wide.
The drawer sizes shall be as follows.
The narrow drawers (1) 3 15/16 inch deep drawer, (1) 12 13/16 inch deep drawer, the 12 inch drawer shall be a power drawer that has outlets and USB ports to charge tools.
The wide drawers (1) 1 11/16 inch deep drawers, (2) 3 5/16 inch deep drawers, (1) 6 3/16 inch deep drawer.
The 6 3/16 inch drawer shall also have 4 slides.
Each box shall come with a stainless steel work surface that fits inside the top lip of the roll cab.
Each top shall be made out of 16 Gauge 304 Stainless steel
Each top shall be 1 7/8 inch thick.
Each top shall have a raised front lip to keep items from rolling off.
Each roll cab shall come with a complete set of drawer liners and the adhesive to install the drawer liners.
Each box shall be Dark Grey with Black trim
