Description

The Genesee County Purchasing Director will receive sealed bids for the 8-BAY T-HANGAR –
PHASE IV Project. The proposed project generally includes the construction of one preengineered
metal eight bay nested T-Hangar, on concrete pavement (under building only),
including basic wiring and lighting and minor site work. The T-Hangar will be approximately
10,700 square feet, and will be used by tenants to store based aircraft. Wicks Law applies to this
project and two contracts will be awarded, one general construction and one for electrical
construction.
