Description

Genesee County is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual(s) or firm with a proven track record in conducting a comprehensive total compensation study and analysis for all full-time positions in a public sector and to provide recommendations to address any anomalies within current pay structure. Services shall include all administration, personnel, supervision, management and labor.

A scored evaluation will be conducted for each proposal received. The Consultant must be able to demonstrate their ability and experience to provide this type of service.
