Summary of Specifications:
Genesee County Purchasing Director, on behalf of the Alabama Fire Department Task Force hereby request proposals from any interested provider of consultant services for development of a strategic plan to address Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement and Emergency Planning services related to the proposed WNY STAMP project located within the Town of Alabama.
Request for Proposal availability questions can be made to the Genesee County Purchasing Department, County Building No.1, 15 Main Street, Room 317A, Batavia, New York 14020, between hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Phone request: 585-344-2550, ext. 2201. Specifications may be downloaded at www.westernnybidsystem.com Vendors shall register before downloading.
Sealed proposals must be in possession of Genesee County Purchasing Director, County Building No.1, 15 Main Street, room 317A, Batavia, New York 14020, no later than May 3, 2012 prior to 2:00 p.m. prevailing time. All proposals shall be accompanied by a non-collusion statement in order to be considered. Late Proposals will be returned, unopened to contractor.
The Alabama Fire Department Task Force reserves the right to forego any formalities and reject any or all proposals.
