Description

Summary of Specifications:
The Genesee County Purchasing Department will receive sealed bids for the delivery of bulk oil to the Genesee County Highway Department, 153 Cedar Street, Batavia, New York.

All products shall meet the minimum performance standards established by the American Petroleum Institute (API).

Genesee County Highway Department will not pay a deposit fee on 55 gallon drums.

The awarded company sales representative shall contact Highway Personnel, either with an in-person sales call or by telephone, a minimum of once a month.

Vendors submitting bids shall include manufacturer specifications on all oil bid.
