Bid 2015-11 - Delivery of Fuel Products to the Genesee County Highway Departmen

Summary of Specifications:
The Genesee County Purchasing Department will receive sealed bids for the delivery of fuel products to the Genesee County Highway Department. The purpose of the attached specifications is to contract for the delivery of fuel products to the Genesee County Highway Department, 153 Cedar Street, Batavia, N.Y. 14020. General Specifications: a. All fuel products proposed in this bid must conform to all current Federal, State and Local pollution control regulations. b. Vendor shall have experience supplying fuel products within New York State and shall have experience doing business with municipalities located within New York State. c. The County price per gallon of fuel delivered to the Genesee County Highway Department will be based on a Supplier Charge added to the published “Oil Price Survey Report” average rack price posted for Buffalo, NY for the delivery period. The following is to be used only as historical usage for a twelve (12) month period. It is not provided to imply or guarantee usage in the future: Diesel: 200,000 gallons 87 Unleaded: 310,000 gallons
