2023-113 - Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Genesee County is seeking a collaborative partner to administer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to approximately 550 County employees and their immediate family members. The EAP Administrator will collaborate with Genesee County Officials and appointed consultant, AP Benefit Advisors, to develop a formalized process to implement an enhanced program offering to County employees.

Genesee County currently offers an Employee Assistance Program to eligible employees and family members. The current provider allows six (6) visits per year, with members seen in-person at a single location in Batavia, New York. Genesee County is looking to provide employees efficient and effective services.
