Summary of Specifications:
The Genesee County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals for the provision of a Fire Records Management System for the Emergency Management Office.

The Genesee County Emergency Management Office is seeking proposals for a Multi FDID/Agency Fire Department Management Software Package including but not limited to NFIRS 5.0 reporting, Personnel Management, Service Awards (LOSAP) Reporting, General Inventory, Apparatus Management, SCBA Management, Non-Incident and Training Management, Paging/Text Messaging, 3rd Party CAD Interface, GEO File Property Preplan Management, GIS Mapping, ALS EMS Reporting (NEMSIS Certified), Responding Personnel Call in System, Career SCheduing, Mobile Dispatch, Prefire Planning.

A committee appointed by the Chair of the Genesee County Fire Advisory Board is looking for an acceptable package to replace the current software which is not suitable to the needs of the Genesee County Fire Departments.

The anticipated number of users of the system is twenty (20).
