Summary of Specifications:
Information Technology and Genesee County (hereinafter referred to as “County”) invites qualified Vendors to provide Proposals for General Consulting Services for 2013. The selected Vendor will be contractually responsible for all services denoted in the document. Information Technology will be accountable for the management of this contract. General Consulting Services The intent of this engagement is to provide the Information Technology Department with technical staff augmentation on an as-needed basis. Total number of hours for this contract is not-to-exceed 100. Vendor expertise in the areas summarized below is expected. If a vendor does not provide support for a particular skill set the vendor must state explicitly in the RFP response which skill set is not included in your proposal. • MS Windows 2008 Systems Configuration and Administration • MS Active Directory and Group Policy Configuration and Administration • MS SharePoint 2010 Configuration and Administration • VMware vSphere5, SRM and VMview Configuration and Administration • Liquidware Labs ProfileUnity Configuration and Administration • IBM Nseries Configuration and Administration • IBM Lotus Notes Administration • SolarWinds ORION NPM, SAM, IP Addresses, Netflow, Storage and VoIP / Network Quality Manager Administration Vendor technical staff is expected to work on-site at County Building II, 3837 West Main Street Road Batavia, New York. Working remotely is at the discretion of the Director of Information Technology and must be approved in advance and in writing / email.
