Bid 2015-15 - Highway Garage Ventilation

Summary of Specifications:
The work consists of providing a new ventilation system for the existing Highway Garage. Existing fans and louvers are removed. Two new gas-fired energy recover air-handlers are provided to ventilate the garage bay. A new hazardous gas detection system will control outdoor air ventilation rates. New ice melt system and snow guards are provided over each air handler to protect the air-handlers from falling snow and ice. The contractor is responsible for providing (furnishing and installing) all equipment, accessories, utilities, controls and connections to create a complete and operable system. The purchase price for each set of Contract Plans and Documents is fifty dollars ($50.00), which is refundable per specific criteria.
